POIT Property Edit currently ships within Australia only. Shipping rates, delivery availability and any freight conditions are shown at checkout for the delivery address entered.
The Linen Sleep Layer currently carries a A$19.95 shipping charge. The Bedside Ambient lamp, Guest-Suite Lounge and Coastal Console currently show A$0.00 shipping for eligible Australian destinations. If a supplier cannot service an entered address or a delivery rate changes before dispatch, POIT will contact the customer before proceeding.
Products are dispatched by third-party supplier channels. Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, stock availability and carrier. Large or bulky furniture may require a delivery appointment, kerbside delivery, access assessment or other carrier arrangements. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders may arrive in separate shipments. Where tracking is supplied by the carrier, POIT will provide it to the email address used at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact information, access details and any authority-to-leave instructions are correct before the order is placed.
If an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after its supplied estimate, contact POIT with the order number.
