Terms of Service
These terms apply to purchases from POIT Property Edit, operated by POIT. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and to the published Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Orders and pricing
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. POIT is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged while that status applies. Product availability, supplier stock, delivery coverage and prices may change before an order is accepted. POIT may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, delivery cannot be arranged or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Product information
POIT aims to present products accurately, but screen display, supplier photography and natural materials can vary in colour, texture, grain, finish and scale. Customers must check dimensions, specifications, suitability and delivery access before ordering. Electrical items must be used in accordance with supplied instructions and applicable Australian requirements.
Fulfilment
Products are supplied and dispatched through third-party supplier channels. Delivery arrangements, shipping costs, tracking, split shipments and return handling are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
POIT’s website content, product curation, branding and creative material remain the property of POIT or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Supplier product names, images and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
